Calling all Virginians (and wannabee Virginians). Sound off here with your town or region (Tidewater, NoVA, Eastern Shore, etc...) Also state if you came here from another site (DefensiveCarry.com, etc...)

I'll start things off

Chesterfield here from DefensiveCarry.com

Put me in the wanna-be-back-in-the-UnitedStates category.

I went to Farmville University and JMU and spent 11 years living in God's country up in the Shenandoah Valley.  Miss it something fierce.

I spent a lot of time in Richmond while at Longwood. Used to hit Penny Lane Pub, Bogart's, Bill's BBQ pretty regularly back in those days.

Hang in there Prawls, I'm still trying to make more noise over at DC.com so people know we exist.  Judging by the number of views the thread that Bumper put up (only a few hundred views) a small fraction of DC.com members know we are here.  Plus they just named a few Moderators because so many of the veteran staff members have a lot of work.

Things will pick up if we keep making noise.

Welcome Chooie.  I got to spend a fair amount of time down in that part of the world when I was at Farmville University.  The spousal unit has some relatives up Madison way.
