I was in an archery shop a few days ago and they strongly recommended getting a crossbow over buying another compound bow.  I was told that more people are going the crossbow these days.    I can understand why, but to me they are very different sports.

Has the legalization of using crossbows in more hunting seasons made you shift away from the compound or recurve bow?
